That your father is a Turkish citizen should automatically qualify you as a young Turkish citizen.

Why dont you talk to the nearest Turkish Embassy or Consulate?

I think all your father has to do is to apply for a birth certificate for you...Passport will follow...Turkish laws will probably allow you to keep your present citizenship as well.

Would Turkish government allow to keep 3 nationalities/passports?

Right now I am in the posession of a British Passport and a Dutch Identity Card (which counts as a passport in the European Union, as well as Turkey, Monaco and some other countries close). If I am to marry Kadir in the future and we settle down in Türkiye for good, I want a Turkish passports as it will give me more rights and more chances of a Turkish job. But I do not want to give up my British and Dutch nationality, as my British passport gives me access to almost everywhere in the world, my Dutch ID card.. well i was raised here!! Don't wanna deny my background

I know there are footballers that have 3 nationalities

Quoting Kadir37:

You have to wait 3 years after married to get Turkish citizenship.
Laws changed a few years ago.

I know. But after these 3 years, and applying for a Turkish passport, would i get to keep my other 2 passports too?

I am in the same situation as Joni. I am American and my husband is Turkish and we plan to move permanently to Turkey in a few years. I do not want to give up my American citizenship but I do want to be a Turkish citizen. is this possible? Our children have US passports and Turkish IDs (their births have been registered in Turkey). Can I start the process of becoming a Turkish citizen while still living in America or do I have to wait until we move there?

Betul since you guys are in United States, check the Turkish Embassy website for some help desk numbers.

As long as I know, you can hold Turkish Citizenship but you would better call the embassy and ask for assistance.
