What are these Turkish women doing?

I think they are making manta. They can be seen doing this in some restaurant windows in Istanbul.
There is a large sheet of pasta in the middle of the table, they will cut it and make quite small parcels (not sure what the filling is) . . . if you look closely , you can see the parcels near the edges of the table. The many small brown pieces you can see is what is put inside the pasta parcels.

What is AMAZİNG,that they have the patience to do this !
We have some brown filling also we use them to do some bayram sweets ´şeker bayramı´,i dont know if its same or not
İt consist of,
Butter,flour,honey,nuts ´small pieces´,and sesame

There are also special ´gasinos´ for women and children where Ok, tavla, cardgames etc are being played, accompanied by tea.

hahah we play tavla here alot, my dad and uncles always play it with tea or coffee hahah thasts o funny, whats even funnier is when they play for money and they have all these fights, lol, I can play tavla i just learnt lol, its so much fun. I didnt know they play it turkey too!!!

My husband plays tavla worldwide via the internet. He also attended several tavla tournaments and won. Yes, one can say he is a champion.
