Quoting catwoman

This is your usual, angry, revengeful attitude. Then don´t call it islamic terrorism, ok?

it`s you who calls it Islamic terrorism, catwoman, but when I say Kurdish terrorism that drives you nuts.

it`s not a personal issue. just google "islamic terrorism" and see how widely this phrase is used. as for our discussion here, I don`t think we need pm`s for that. you can tell us why it`s ok for you to say islamic terrorism but not kurdish terrorism.

no, I just asked a simple a question. why is it ok to say Islamic terrorism but not Kurdish terrorism? and no one has answered it.

I will not get into your cliche and childish argument that Kurds and Turks are brothers. I don`t have such a brother personally.

childish argument? I am thankfull that your ideas are extreme in this country. Yes I am agree with that there is no islamic terrorism . dont do the same you are not agree with. So dont say kurdish terrorism while majority of kurds are not supporting pkk.

I think both sides here are right in some points. Calling it kurdish terrorism does not mean that all of the kurds are terrorists. In every foreign newspaper it´s marked kurdish rebels, and it does not mean that all kurds are rebels. So, I think in theory there´s nothing wrong in calling it kurdish terrorism. The majority of these terrorists are kurds and their main aim is to establish Kurdistan.

On the other side it is a delicate subject as we all know and the Kurds that have no connection with terrorism might feel uncomfortable with it and it can create prejudices against them. Human brain works in a way that it has a tendency to associate two things when they are mentioned together many times.

Though it should be stated that they are "kurdish terrorists" not "kurdish rebels".

I must say that I am beginning to hate to see people who are so ready to show ´how racist and hateful they are towards the kurdish people´ and  turn these tragic events into parades of ´vomiting their ugly nationalism´. {#lang_emotions_puking}

I´m gonna use your own words: so because SOME Kurds are terrorists and do their deeds to establish a country for themselves, it is ok to call it Kurdish terrorism? Even when most Kurds do NOT support their actions? Then it must be correct as well to talk about Islamic terrorism as SOME people who SAY they are muslim are terrorists to establish their country based on Islamic laws - umah it´s called I think. Most muslims do not support their acts, I know, but according to your theory that is not important.

 We wish mercy from Allah for all our martyrs, patience and ´condolences´ (??) for the grieving families, and we wish for help from god to our incompetent politicians and traitors who are fed with blood.

Something like that I guess, for non-turkish members.

 You´re welcome. Not sure about ´baþsaðlýlýk´ and ´inayet dilemek´ though.
