We are having coffee on the balcony,Ankara, with my university student friends,  it´s beautiful outside today!

Some of us from England, Germany, Italy and Greece.

We like coffee.

Today is our coffee day!Coffee talks day!

Do you know?

Which is the best quality coffee in the world?

Brazil, China, Chile, Colombia, Jamaica, sao Paula, etc…

I hope we’ll have coffee with you when you visit Ankara, maybe one day, who knows?Small World!

A Turkish proverb:

A cup of coffee commits one to forty years of friendship : Bir fincan kahvenin kýrk yýllýk hatýrý vardýr

Awww nice thread - it is nice to hear about YOU, instead of just a list

I love coffee too Yilgun - my favourite is usually a Colombian/Brazilian blend and I love it freshly made in a cafetiere (or an expresso machine).  I like it black with no sugar please

The best coffee in the world is supposed to be Blue Mountain (from Jamaica) - it is rare and very expensive, so I have never tried it!

Enjoy!

I haven´t tried every coffee in the world so couldn´t possibly comment on which the best might be........but the coffee I drink every morning is Santos & Java from Whittards - it is delightful

Perhaps you should invite some of the people currently arguing away in your ´Religion´ thread to sit down and drink coffee together!

I like my coffee strong and I love Turkish coffee

Why limit it to people in the ´Religion´ Thread???

Perhaps everyone everywhere that is arguing over religion should sit down together and drink coffee.........maybe the world might be a significantly better place......

I think that really depends on the quality of the coffee served

(PS. It sounds like a Michael Jackson song..... "people everywhere....sit down together...make the world a better place.... lol )

In that case maybe we should move ´coffee´ over to the ´What are you listening to?´ thread........

If you ever get a chance try some Cuban coffee...served in tiny cups.  I don´t drink caffeine typically, but several years ago in Miami had a couple of these.  I was up for 48 hours.....{#lang_emotions_razz}
