WINGEING MIGRANTS GIVEN BIGGER HOUSES

SIX moaning asylum seekers have landed bigger council houses after winning a legal battle with taxpayers’ cash.

The Somalians were given free homes shortly after they arrived in Britain.

But they soon complained the accommodation was too small after their families arrived from abroad.

One refugee was in a two-bed flat, but a year later was joined here by his wife and six children.

Another was also joined by his wife and six children before she gave birth to another child.

They took their demands to court – using  legal aid cash – after Birmingham council said it had no accommodation left.

But yesterday it was revealed they been moved into bigger houses after winning the action.

One got a five-bedroom mansion, four got four-bedroom homes and another received a three-bedroom house.

Birmingham councillor Malcolm Davis slammed the decision as “unbelievable”.

He said: “A two-bedroom flat for one person is over the top already when there is such a chronic shortage. It would appear that the fact they are asylum seekers has helped them qualify for legal aid.”

None of the asylum seekers is bel-ieved to be working and all were said to be living off welfare benefits.

Migrationwatch chief Sir Andrew Green said: “This may all be perfectly legal but it leaves the long-standing residents of Birmingham aghast at the manipulation of the system.”

The council plans to appeal against the ruling at the House of Lords next year.

what are they?

They are desparate people from Somalia.

Modified:

Who are escaping war crimes, rape, horrific murder, children abducted to fight............ things that we could never imagine and we allow them to come to England to seek Asylum.  They are locked up in prison like accomodation normally, until their asylum hearings, whcih are now supposed to be within 6 months.  They are either then return to Somalia (probably to be killed ) or placed with in our society.

Many are killed on their journey, some at sea - the tuna net comes to mind.  Some are rescued by the Italians but many are shipped to vairous parts of the EU, mostly for extortionate sums of money by unscrupulous captains or some other unknown individual.

And then we wonder why they hijack ships.

What was your source for this?

I have met Andrew Green and he and his Migration Watch group are tantamount to the BNP and would like to see the back of all migrants.

Ayslum seekers are not allowed to work, only under certain circumstances and then it is unpaid I believe.  I think family guy will know the detail on this too.  Take a look at the UKBA website and that give clear guidance on Alysum seekers and refugees.

Modified: here it is

http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/asylum/support/employment/

So in that case, what does Britain do?  Turn away ayslum seekers?  If this government had got its act together then the asylum seekers could be dealt with much more quickly and either sent back to their home country or seleted in the UK.

The new Immigration Bill will or should be able to reduce the number of immigrants to the UK, except those coming from the EEA which are the bulk of our migrants, many coming from Poland.  The numbers from outside the EEA are small fry.

such immigrants like me work hard, learn and speak the language, integrate, assimiliate, dont demand money and benefit, do things in accord with law, pay taxes and live in gratefulness. but you, ignorant lady prefer to pick on such ones because its easy.

i would love to see you speaking to jihadists as brave as you talk to me.

Haha!  As for my government, I detest them!!! I never voted for such a bunch of monkeys.

But you are not the only immigrant to the the UK, nor are the Somalis who are mostly asylum seekers, and as it is my job to support all immigrants or migrants to the UK.

As a moderator, we are still waiting for your source for your initial post about the Somali asylum seekers.  Do you want Catwoman et al to get in trouble?  You need to quote your source when you copy stuff from the internet.  It is not free, there it often copyright attached to it, therefore you should quote that source otherwise permission is needed.

The article feels like a BNP propaganda..

Before anybody in the UK complains in a way BNP supporters would complain they should read this article first:

AHa!  Maybe I am thinking of the Sport then

Na, the sport has only pictures and very little writing ( if that what it is?) the sport according to a tv programme I watched once has no less than 22 pairs of nipples gracing its pages!!  The Daily Star does have "some" writing in it.

Hmmm maybe the 22 nipples are preferable to the kind of writing seen in the Star!

Well I was thinking of you when I decided we had talked enough about nipples etc as it is holiday time, lots of time on your hands {#lang_emotions_unsure} minds wander etc etc and there is cooking to do,and veggies to clean and peel = we dont want to distract from  that
