i am on holiday at the moment and each day a turkish song is played that i really like and would like to buy.but the presenter does not give out the artist. Only one occasion i have heard the title in english which i think is "only you"
the singer is female. i have been to the local record shop but noone knows it and maybe i have made a mistake with the title.
so does anyone know of a song titled sadece sen

a song from zuhal olcay :

Tepedeki Cimenlik

Söz-Müzik: Nejat Yavaşoğulları

Tepedeki çimenlikte
Yalınayak dolaşarak
Yemyeşille masmavinin
Ortasında uzanarak
Hayaller kurarak
Rüzgara savurarak
Vazgeçmek birdenbire
Herşeyden vazgeçmek

Tepedeki çimenlikten
Seyreylemek şu alemi
Küçülmüş ufacık olmuş
İnsanların alemi
Bir buluta tutunup
Bir kuşun kanadına takılmak
Vazgeçmek birdenbire
Herşeyden vazgeçmek

Sadece gökyüzü
Sadece deniz
Sadece sen ve ben
Sadece sevgi
Hepsi bu

soz for previous post.. i hv just seen that there is writing " female " .

or this one : ?
artist : ajda pekkan

thank you for replies but not sure. it was played again last night but no information given. a friend has said it may have been a eurovision song entry for turkey. the song starts off with about 20 seconds of tapping as if someone is hitting a tin with a pen -does that help. i am beginning to think that i have made a mistake with the title.
anybody help??
think i am going to have to contact the station as it is always in my head

Can it be "İlle de sen" from Zeynep Dizdar??

Tell more about the song, is it a dance song or a slow one?

Sadece sen is mostly in German tho.. and to be honest i cant hear if its a woman or a man

The Turkish is definitely a man, but the German

MLTM

it is a dance song. female singer. first 20 seconds very quiet with just what seems like a someone tapping the edge of a drum kit. sorry to say i cannot tell of any words apart from the odd "na na na na" lyric - the song was played every day on the radio so must be quite popular. i am now back in england so hoping someone will recognise it.

Hmm i know a song with na na na na, but that starts with 20 seconds of 'na na na' and doesn't start with drum-sounds.
It's from Pamela.. Çok güçlü olmak lazım. It's also not really a dance song..

Merhaba!
I'm looking for songs for disco. I've already got Tarkan, Mustafa Sandal, also funny ones like remix of Kucuk Kurbaga by Ata Demirel and Ankarali Turgut.
Any suggestions?

Here are a few suggestions of mine, not sure if it's what you're looking for and if you like it, but no harm in trying, right?

- Gülşen (almost all her songs make you want to dance)
- Zeynep Dizdar
- Bengu (I like Ciddi Ciddi and Korkumdan Agladim lots)
- Ebru Destan
- Ebru Gündeş (not sure if i spell correct, and the quality of songs i have it quite low, but they sound pretty disco-like)
- Gulben Ergen (i am not sure if she has disco music, i only have one remix of Arka Sokaklar from Sezen from her..)
- Gunce (same as above, only have one remix of Güllerim soldu from Sezen, but it sounds modern)

Maybe you'd also like the Group Hepsi and Hande Yener (i really like aşk ateşi and kırmızı

So far only women and i can only tel you one man, that fits the style of Tarkan and Mustafa Sandal pretty much:

- Gökhan Özen. Civciv for example, was quite a hit in Türkiye. Actually really crappy, but really nice to get you a holiday feelign

-------

I really don't know if this is what you were looking for, the artists i mentioned aren't of the quality of Sezen and Nilüfer, but i think the same about Tarkan and Mustafa Sandal I hope you'll like it and that i could be of help.
