What Is A Dudu?

After being a member of this site for a while now, I think I have a fair idea of what a Dudu is but .......................... could someone please give me a definate explaination please?

Are there any special training courses one could attend to become a DUDU.

 

I am Turkish, and everything, but not very experienced with DUDUISM.

 

(Willing to apprentice for the right DUDU - must be a seasoned vet)
