Quoting uYkuSuz:

Quoting ~natalie~:

He's in Hakkari at the moment. i'm going back to my parents house in turkey in the summer...(not too long away) and we will be together again and then when he finish's he hopes to come to england what do you know about army? i really want to know what they do there

i hope you'll be happy in England..will u go to england after marriage ? or before marriage ??

Actually i dont know so many things about army... all i know is they re fighting .. and there re so many soldiers..

Hmm most of them in military service aren't fighting, from what I've heard They just get training in it, but they aren't brought to the most dangerous places for the 'real work'. I'm not sure if this is correct though..
Natalie, is your by in military-service (fulfilling his national duty), or is he there as his job out of free will?
Because that would make the main-difference

Won't you have to go to army after your study, uYkuSuz?

he is doing his military service and he is counting down the days until he finishes, but counting won't make it go any faster. Has anyone here been in the military service?

I just looked at this topic but I did not read it carefully. As far as I see, your bf is still soldier and you are bit worried for him. No need to worry so much.Believe me he is in safe. Turkish army is really strong.
I came back from army 3 months ago. I feel that I am still a soldier. Hard for me to forget it. Army makes the boys a real men. I know training in army is very hard but very useful. While we were there, we counted down everyday. Because we were really bored of this training. Every soldier feels so. But I really miss army now. I spent my most exciting days there. I made lots of close friend there. It was like a dream.

Please dont worry, and believe he is in safe. You will find a real man when he came back.

tesekkur ederim for the reassurance...i just miss my baby so much, i havn't seen him for 5 months, he rings me almost every day but it isn't the same. When he rings me he is sometimes so sad and i just wish i could be there for him. I'm happier now that i've heard it from someone else and their point of view. I think you have probably got the message now, but i love my soldier sooooooooo sooooo much xxxx i'll get back to u all once i'v seen him in july (hopefully)
