In some cultures the man and woman do not meet until the wedding day, but some do work.

My friend didnt meet his wife until 2 weeks before their wedding and they are happily married with a baby boy, I think there is hope for every situation in life. And sometimes 2 people helping each other out is not always a bad thing....

My friend didnt meet his wife until 2 weeks before their wedding and they are happily married  Are they or just they  appear in other people eyes, which makes a big difference.Another difference is your life goal,if it is to get married  to anyone just relying on your family arrangements,a thing unthinkable in my culture, you can call yourself lucky.Or if you grow up in the society with emphasis on being obedient wife ,devoted to your duties  and your goals do not conflict with family choices as well, your submission seems sth inborn and justified.Sorry,I am thinking here like a typical westernerwith a baby boy, I think there is hope for every situation in life. I share the same opinionAnd sometimes 2 people helping each other out is not always a bad thing....Does helping each other mean immediately that these 2 have to be married?
