Lis - re Turkish origins of Adam and Eve, yes, they were Turkish if you think they were a nice couple, no, they definitely were not Turkish if you feel they deserve criticism. In the latter case, they were Kurdish or nazi Christian!

Turkish or not, if they had belly buttons like normal fellows, then, assuming that multiple gods did not give birth to them and that only one did, are they not related? Having belly buttons make them siblings and being siblings hints at the notion of incest - hence slightly retarded offsprings.

let me tell you the truth then , they were humanoids living in the heaven of earth like many others, after then God gave them free-will and made them human, since one male and female randomly selected , they were not siblings and they had belly buttons of course, believe it or not lol
