As usually at this time the xmass shops start opening in town centres. Children drag parents into them. What do I find there?  Sex and porn related items mixed with decorations.

Little plastic penises and breasts, xmass decorated porn pics, santas in weird positions.

And its all meant to be fun...

Well, its not! I feel embarassed when I go there. I feel embarassed when people at work give each others mysterious santa gifts in the form of dancing penises or boobies etc etc.

when did it turn into this?

 I´d hate to think where you shop - I have not seen anything like this in our shops.......  Yeh, people like a bit of fun, but I have never seen anyone give these sorts of gifts at work - we would get the sack.  Why go into "those" shops where ever they might be..... Soho,{#emotions_dlg.scared} Ann Summers ???? {#emotions_dlg.lol}

But I agree, it is tacky and unnecessary, just like those house covered in lights.

Christmas is just one big commercial con as far I am concerned..... certainly lost the meaning of what it is supposed to represent (well in the UK it has).

It seems that hypocritism and badly usage of religion and religious things is not related only Islam. As you are crying out how bad is Islam in your website of youtube, due to your single little experience with nonsense people. Instead of blaming the people you experienced with you are blaming a religion which is badly used by the people of that region...

 Ouh yummy

Christmas is completely hypocritical anyway - this is just ONE example   This is why I always say I am celebrating "Yuletide" lollollol

its not about religion or xmass itself. its about the borders.

e.g.

imagine, you take your kids to mcdonalds and you find the same items in there.

imagine, you take your kids to the cinema for childrens movie and there...

where does it go or is it going to stop at all?

i dont care wether xmass got hijacked by the commerce or other ugly movements, all I care is kids.

its just too much. without certain rules the society is degrading. people just lost the common sense and cannot see that they have gone too far.

I feel bad that your kids had to see this!  I would be mortified!  I was shopping at a department store this weekend and I was with my 12 year old.  Of course we walked by a lingerie department (on the way out of the store....so there was NO avoiding it) and there were all kinds of kinky types of Christmas themed lingerie (garder belts, bras with feathery stuff on it, see thru red nighties, etc...).  It didn´t really bother me, but it made me think....what the hell does this have to do with Christmas?

So now you are gonna define a way to celebrate Xmas on a certain way? or such handbook?

This is not related to Xmas only i believe, also new years eve etc... such advertisements was existing all the time... or TV programs using the sexuality on highest level...  so xmas is not or shouldnt be an exception

You really did miss the point, sui, I don´t really care that this stuff is out there....but it is on the main isles in stores that you are forced to walk thru with your family.  I don´t care how people celebrate Christmas.....but I do wonder why Christmas has to be sexualized!

Oh come on Elisabeth this is coming to the way of celebrating xmas on traditional ways!

these products started to vary after the exclusive Xmas parties with sexy female santa`s

How about those couples who would like to spend some special times after the xmas dinner is finished? Every body will have his/her own santa upstairs after the kids sleep

Please dont misunderstand, i am just being mean.

Well, we will see how you feel when they start selling Ramadan sex toys and/or lingerie! Then they strategically place these products in front of all your iftar/suhoor items in stores so that you and your family (even your children) get an eyeful!  Then I will say, oh sui, that´s just the way it is!

Well canim you will wait forever for that Xmas is based on mostly giving and taking presents etc... but ramadan is based on eating mostly, but secretly they use the sexuality on selling foods, saying `this would increase your sexual power` )

So next they will be selling edible undies...{#emotions_dlg.bigsmile}  I must live in a conversative state...because the only place you can find these toys are at Hustler or Spencers.

If it is a regular store where kids go as well I would just file a complaint to the store manager. Getting your voice out there can make a big difference.
