I´ll try the first part, as learner:

"From my first understanding, (it?) fell from the woman´s hands, this is good news. I couldn´t figure one thing out of, now it is without recourse it´s a better news, thanks...
I have one last question...I´d like you answer"

I am not really sure, that´s a very hard one for me, I´ll try the second part as soon as possible....Please wait to advanced learners or native speakers to provide correct meaning.

özür dilerim elenagabriela, I am really having a hard time with the second part.Icannot manage to make proper sentences!

Anyway, herebelow is the broad meaning I have got from all my hair pulling attempt at translating.

Broadly, I understand there is a reference to a case of divorce, and an appeal, during which time (I assume the time the appeal in court will last) the person writing the letter has to compensate the woman whom reference is made to in this letter.

I think the person writing the letter is also questioning the above obligation.
Lastly, this person that he/she woudl like a reply/written message (?) on this.

Hope this helps a bit, and sorry that I´m not able to help out.

a woman when going in a law court cant start the divorce procedures, the turks that are there say dont you apply leave it to the woman? They say if you apply you will be left with no choice but to  give compensation.
I was stopped? because I didnt know of a lawyer who knows Turkish?
Is this correct, if I start the procedure will I be left with no choice but  to give compensation to my wife.
I will be pleased if you would write about this
my try but wait for corrections
