What is eskişehir???

The dictionary just defines it as being itself

sorry: Eskişehir is a city next to Ankara and the city where i was born in. so Eskişehir mantısı belongs to Eskişehir (the city)

and directly meaning: eski:old + şehir:city =~ eskişehir:old city
