WORLD´S POPULATION, POPULATION INCREASE, AND THE STATUS OF THE WORLD The world´s population is currently 5-6 billions. Only 4-5% of this population is educated. Unfortunately, the majority of the world´s population is uneducated, in other words, potential danger. Besides, the world´s population has been increasing with an uncontrollable, unstable, and inconceivable ignorance. The animal population increases in accordance with the natural balances. And human population increases under affections without intelligence and science. Recently, in the first world countries, human engineering is being valued. This field of science does not project an unstable population increase, but a planned and balanced population increase with qualified and educated people. Unfortunately, this aim cannot be done under existing administrations. The main reason of all negative events, sins, crimes, terrorist activities and the increase in criminal records is the abnormal rise of these uneducated people. This is a socio-economic tragedy. This reality lies beneath the root of these bad actions and pains in this world.

4-5% top level education, yes. But that means education on a university level (minimum under-graduate). To say "4-5% is educated" isn´t correct.

umm well I would question your level of education as it seems you can not understand my simple question for evidence ? Surely no educated person would just take information that is given to them without questioning it.
