Yesterday bought a pack of marshmallows. Looked nice.

Just water?

I am testing on myself a vegetarian diet. No meat, no dairy. Now facing a very low blood pressure and constant headaches.

Make sure you get enough protein, or you will become malnourished! VERY low blood pressure is NOT good! But I doubt that´s from your vegetarian diet... Be careful!

Btw, I hate marshmallows.. Unless they are in hot chocolate...

I like good quality marshmallows, though I consume them once in a half year or so.

But, cat, that exactly vegetarian diet makes you have low blood pressure, google a bit. Doctors suggest those who have high blood pressure or heart problems to use a plant based only diet.

Most vegetarians eat eggs or fish and dairy products, and they are called lacto-ovo vegetarians.

My diet is a pure plant based. I ve realised that plants give you everything that your body needs. I get my proteins from peas and beans.
