Fill in the blanks in the sentences below.

 

1. Kaldırım   yürü…  için çok kaygan. ----> The pavement is too slippery to walk on.

 

2. Yorgun olduğum  erken yat    ------>   Since I was tired, I went to bed early.

 

3. Kerem  telefon.   bak….  reddetti. ------->  Kerem refused to answer the telephone.

 

4. Gelecek  hafta bu …..  seyahat ed..  ol……-----> I will be travelling at this time next week.

Yorgun olduğumdan ----> -dan  here expresses the reason , since [because] I was [am] tired. 

you can also use ; "için"   

Yorgun olduğum için   ---->  because I was [am] tired.
