Why would freedom of choice should bother people?

We like being here in this site. That is for sure.

I think the function I am asking for  will improve the site´s quality.   

It is nothing what so ever asking for supressing people´s ideas.

We don´t want to deprive you of the excellent chance of learning tolerance.

Well..

I dont think anybody has authority or should have authority to deprive people from anything.

But however, you have to trust people´s OWN judgment about what they want to see or not.. Even learning of tolerance is a subjective  matter as your understaning of  tolerance might be a waste of time for others as others might have had that experience already and wont add anything  valueble. 

If a function will make people more free and gives more freedom  of choice is  GOOD THING.

I still fail to understand why giving power to the people for their own use would  BOTHERS others.

We are doing this for your own good hands.

I am absolutely sure of that..

YOU WILL KEEP READING ALL POSTS as long as you like..

Nobody is trying to stop you reading the posts. That is your freedom and no one is trying to take it away from you. 

why do you think that functionality will stop you reading all the posts?

You mixed the things up..

I prefer to see all TC`s posts..to see all members...

there is everytime something to learn...our languages, our feelings...

and is a difference between blocking of someone`s PM and blocking his/her posts..bence...

if I dont want to read someone`s post I do not do..very simple

and I am not bothered by seeing her/his name here...why should I be...

it is my choice to read or not

if I dont like a person or I am not interested by her/his posts I simply scroll down....

Then why are you objecting having that type of function? That is my point..

handsome, if you would like to suggest this to admin then you might want to send him a PM.  He takes care of all the technical content and he may like your idea. 

Might I suggest in the mean time not reading posts from people who annoy you? I know it´s hard but if someone/something is upsetting you so much that you can´t even stand to look at it their posts then you should probably not read them at all.  Or is it a matter of not being able to pry your eyes away from the train wreck?  

I thought that you  read these pages and evaluate the suggestions.

And yes, it is my suggestion  and that function might be quite cool and useful.

As far as your suggestion, yes of course you always have that option for not reading. But I have failed to understand about what you mean by "you can´t even stand to look at their posts then you should probably not read them at all"? what is it you are suggesting exactly?

I think the problem really is that some indivuduals are not following the rules and posting just a link with  afew words and calling it a news item or copying and pasting a paragraph from a website. As fasr as I am concerned it is a junk. Even they are not going through a little bit of effort to translate.  In my view it is lowering the quality of the posts and cluttering the view. Since we can not complain all the time to you about this like kids and you as you mentioned, do not have enough time for monitoring and letting this happen, I thought this functionality could be a solution. 

 I did read/evaluate your suggestion and I thought I gave you a good suggestion to PM admin.  He is the one that can add this feature and it is quicker to just PM him rather than waiting/hoping he will notice your post. 

Also, it is obvious that you and other members have very different opinions.  That doesn´t make their posts "junk."  Lastly, I didn´t mention anything about you complaining like kids.  I don´t mind helping and I thought that is what I was doing by making my suggestion.
