Hurma: I like hurma a lot.

I think dates  -  hurma  -  is the only Prophetic Ramadan food tradition. It is sunnah to cut your fast with dates. If dates are not available water is recommended.

In Mersin Kerebiç is very famous in Ramazan.

Ingredients
Yellow Flour
1,5 water glass olive oil
1 water glass oil
1 water glass water
½ water glass sugar
1 packet backing powder, large grounded  walnut or pistachio
Directions
1)Mix all ingredients in a deep bowl, except flour
2) add yellow flour slowly,
3) knead the dough till you obtain a dough as thick as an earlobe.
4) Leave it rest for half an hour.
5)Pluck wallnut sized pieces, make holes and fi
ll with large grounded wallnut and wrap it
and place on the tray
Baking
Bake at 180 degrees heated oven for
about 30-40 minutes till they get brown

My mother is so bored of me. I dont think she would do a desert for me

I guess you should go into your kitchen and start taking out the ingredients I listed and make lots of noise and mess, your mother will run in and save the kitchen by making the desert for you
