"Onlarda taklit edilemiyen şey giydikleri değildi, giyniş idi."
"The inimitible thing regarding them was not what they wore, it was the style in which their dresses were worn."
giyniş > in this sentence would mean the manner of dressing

it is not "giyniş" it must be "giyiniş" and it does not mean manner of dressing it means dressed
