I love sauna's, hammams, beauty treatments and other stuff like that. There are a few Dutch organisations who offer package deals to hotels including a treatment (beauty, anti-stress, relax etc) but they are so expensive! As I am alone I also have to pay extra for a single room which means that a week in for example Kemer with 3-day treatment package will cost me about 1500 euro's - too much I think. Anybody who knows other options, cheaper ones? Any experiences with these things?

I love these places too Trudy.

My sister and I usually go to a health spa a few times a year. The last one we went to was a famous retreat in the UK, but because we stay on their mailing lists we can book when they have special prices and cheaper rates.

I have to say though, of all the treatments I have had, nothing beats a Turkish bath! My skin felt so wonderful afterwards

I have learned aromatherapy massage, along with some friends, and this is the best, cheapest way to relax

Not for cheaper rates no! But as I said, if you stay on the mailing lists of these places there are times of the year which are much cheaper

Yes please. If you can give me names, places & prices. Or just websites, I can look for myself.

Susie, British teletext is not available here. Though I can see BBC, not their text.
