Dont assume the lady in Germany is German. She could be a Turkish lady whose family have made an arrangement with his family for him to marry her and get to work in Germany. This is common, and is one reason why Germany is makng changes about the rules for bringing spouses in to the country.

She could also be someone suffering in this sad tale. She may not even have met the guy her family intends for her!

oh I didnt know it was common to have an arranged marriage..actually his brother is in Germany and it is he doign the arranging with the srange woman who supposedly is willing to marry him sight unseen in order for him to get to germany.
