Aegean Region - Ege Bolgesi

Manisa Izmir Kutahya Afyon Usak Denizli Mugla Aydin Kusadasi

Aegean Region, with the long Aegean coast and the warm climate it brings, has the loveliest beaches and the liveliest coastal towns in Turkey. Bodrum, Kusadasi and Marmaris are just a few of the attractive places where you will want to spend quite many of your summers.

Minutes of driving away from these beaches and coastal towns, you can take a trip back in time and visit the ruins of ancient Greece, follow the footsteps of ancient Greek gods among the ruins of this once magnificent civilization, or you can go to Ephesus for pilgrimage. You can visit the house of Virgin Mary after swimming in the relaxing waters of the Aegean along Kusadasi beaches.

Besides the clear Aegean water, the sandy beaches and a history going back to 5 thousand years, you can visit wonders of nature such as Pamukkale. Aegean Region also has Izmir, the third biggest city in Turkey and a good representation of the western face of this country.
