11 yaşındaki kız 8 aylık hamile...

BOLU’nun Mudurnu İlçesi’ne bağlı Alpagut Köyü’nde oturan 11 yaşındaki Z.Ç., önceki gün akşam saatlerinde rahatsızlanarak hastaneye kaldırıldı.
Ambulansla Bolu İzzet Baysal Kadın Doğum ve Çocuk Hastanesi’ne kaldırılan Z.Ç.’nin, yapılan muayenenin ardından 8 aylık hamile olduğu belirlendi.
Muayene sırasında hastanenin önünde kaygıyla bekleyen dini nikâhlı 25 yaşındaki E.D., 11 yaşındaki Z.Ç.’nin hastanede kalarak tedavisinin sürmesi önerisini kabul etmedi.
Doktorlar 11 yaşındaki hamile Z.Ç.’yi imzasını aldıktan sonra taburcu etti. Z.Ç., hastaneden çıkarken özel güvenlik görevlilerinin basın mensuplarına engel olmaya çalıştığı görüldü.

The absolute worst part of this is that their family most likely encourages (or even worse...forces) this upon them.  Nothing will ever change for these girls until the culture and mind set of their society changes.  There are few ways to change a culture but one of the most effective yet time consuming endeavors it to EDUCATE, EDUCATE, EDUCATE!! I was still playing with my dolls at 11 and dreaming of a bright and happy future where I could be anything I wanted to be...I count my blessings.  Hopefully, this girl will live thru childbirth to count hers!

Question... why didn´t the hospital call the police to bring her partner to JAIL?!

In Holland authorities have the obligation to report cases of child abuse, including sexual abuse. An adult having sex with a minor is sexual abuse, no matter what the circumstances are. Turkey has laws against pedofiles too, why isn´t the hospital following these laws? Why is nobody protecting this girl?

Yes, right!

Actually the article is also pointing out to it. Normally the hospital should call police. I don´t know why really. {#emotions_dlg.sad}

That´s terrible. Why hadn´t child services been notified? Surely neighbours and/or school must have noticed the pregnancy or the fact that a 25 year old was sexually abusing a minor

I watched some news about this yesterday. The minister of family who deals with this kind issues is apperantly aware of this case. But she says that the girl is actually 17 years old (though her ID card says she´s 11) and she thinks there is no problem with it now. However another deputy from opposition party criticized her about being 17 years old is assumed to be OK by her.

Oh wow...

11 is terrible! and even 17 is not ok... the minister knows it but says she is 17... and those other 400 cases? Something´s obviously very wrong in this system! This is serious child abuse! Imagine this happening to one of your own children....

How can you know how old she might be? I believe you may find many preteens with similar looks in USA or Europe.

Europe is full of 12 year old girls that look 18! But the doctors could know how old she is by simply watching her bones with an X-ray... but then they would want to prove she´s not 17.

btw. in eu there are many teen moms not forced by family arrangements but by sex freedom. they are free to have sex any time or anyone. And this could be Ok to many of our dear western comrades who deliberately shout against this abuse.

who she?

female version of big brother Wink appears twice a year or so letting us know that she is still there and watching us, makes her unbelievable contribution to the forums supporting NATO air strikes particularly on muslim countries and then all of a sudden disappears in the same way she appears

Well the difference is that those 14y-old girls here get pregnant because they WANTED sex, and mostly it is with a friend that´s approximately the same age. AND don´t think society agrees with this!

It´s not the same as an 11y-old getting pregnant from a man who´s 25....  that´s just abuse.

Seriously? Believe me when a 14y-old girl gets pregnant here, no one is happy and they will get a lot of bad looks! When a 16y-old girl has a relationship with a boy who´s 21... the boy will be called a pedofile.

So it´s not like we say it´s okay! And it´s even worse if it´s an 11y-old girl with a 25-y old man because no girl of that age could choose to marry someone that age, or could choose to have sex. This is just a matter of abuse of power against a child.

I never said Belgium was good. I will never stay here. Once I graduate I´m gone. I only said those things wouldn´t happen here. And also not in the Netherlands!

Are you crazy?! Turkey is wonderful, amazing, the best place ever! Just because I think ´this´ is wrong, doesn´t make Turkey a bad country!

Enjoy it for me please, because I´m missing it

Peace!

she can be 11 she can be 17, the trauma is the same...there are no laws for sexual abuse of minors?

Calm down, loreal of course there are laws.. but they don´t stop crime.. it is illegal to have sex for money but people still have it, don´t they? The laws only provide a mechanism to punish those who break them..

Hm, the reaction of a Turkish person of something possibly bad happening in Turkey... "Well, it happens in other countries toooo!"... What an original thing to say... It NEVER happens that Turkish people point towards foreign countries when something bad happens within Turkey

Anyway, I don´t understand how anybody can see if this girl looks 11 or 17 from a blocked picture on which you can´t even see her body. Are you basing her age on her chin? The normal reaction of authorities SHOULD be to investigate further. If she is 17 it is a totally different case than when she is 11, and there are ways to find out what she really is. I don´t think "oh, the ID card lies" is something that should just be taken for true, without further investigation.
