Does your employer offer an assistance program?  You could really use some counseling.  It probably goes back to that abusive relationship you were in but I am sure you can overcome it with some work.

Basically if you don´t have anything nice to say then just don´t say it all. If somebody posts an insulting comment do not reply to it. It will only result in starting a flame-war. Instead, send a Private Message to one of the forum moderators and they will take care of it´
