Quoting Kadir37:

You are well, believe me.

When I have to speak with turkish peoples, i start to speak in turkish and then i find myself home with english, home and safe.

One day I was supposed to speak in italian in a cocktail, I wanted to ask for something salty and i couldnt find the word in italian "salato" and I said "tuzlu" and the waiter saw me surprised. I mixed my languages and it happens often these days.
I am afraid the same will happen when I will be in Turkey, and I hope peoples can understand me.
