One of my standard mistakes is to forget about the negative marking in verbs or to put it where it does not belong. I have warned people they always have to take into account I may mean exactly the opposite of what I am saying.

That is the difference between unreal/real condition.

                          olsa ´if there was´ (there isn´t)

                          varsa ´if there is´.

Also

                          daha iyi olsam ´if I was better´ (I am not)

                          daha iyiysem ´if I am better´.

That night,as Scrooge was eating a bowl of soup,he heard a strange noise. He heard someone pulling some heavy chains across the floor,a ghost walked straight throught his door.It was Jacob Marley,Scroogee´s old business partner.
´Marley!´ cried Scrooge,´ But you died seven years ago.´
´Yes´,said the ghost,´And for seven years I have carried these chains that I mad in my lifetime. I cannot rest,because I was never good or generous when I was alive´
´But why are you here?´ said Scrooge. ´ What do you want?´
´I am here to warn you,Ebenezer. You still have a chance to save yourself.Three spirits will visit you tonight. Remember what I have told you.´
´Whit that,the ghost dissappeared through the window. Scrooge ran to the window and looked out. The air was full of spirits,all carrying chains and crying sadly.


O gece,Scrooge çorba yemekı yerken,garip bir gürültülü duydu.Birisinin zincileri zeminüzerinde cektiğini duydu,hayalet kapısına düz aracılığıyla yürüdü.O Jacob Marley´di,Scrooge´un eski iş ortağı.
´Marley!´ diye bağırdı.´Ama sen yedi yil önce öldün.´
´Evet´,hayalet dedi. ´Yedi yıl bu ömürde yaptığım zincirleri taşıyordu.Dinlenemem,çünkü yaşarken hiç iyi ya da cömert olmadım.
´Ama niye buradasın?´ Scrooge dedi. ´Ne istiyorsun?´
´Seni uyarmak için buradayım.Kendini kurtarmak için hala şansın var.Bu gece üç ruh seni ziyarat edecek.Ne söylediğimi hatırla´.
Bununla,hayalet pencereden kayboldu.Scrooge pencereye koşup dışarı baktı.Hava ruhlardan doluydu,hepsi zincirleri taşıyıp üzüntüyle ağladılar.

I understood almost everything,just 3 things not.
1)I can´t see for pencereden,where should I put ni ? I can´t see it well.
2)Dinlenemem- correct is Dinlenemiyorum.. What´s difference? 
3)kapısına düm?
