Could be,

Kızmıyorsun dimi bana,
You are not getting angry text at me

Or,

Kızmıyor dimi bana.

text not getting angry at me ?!!

Both way,i don't get dimi !

Güzelmiş,means you didn't notice before that she is beautiful.
As if you saw her long time,then she turned to be beautiful,but you didn't see it through the years yourself.

Hastaymış,means he seems ill,but you don't know for sure,he didn't tell you,or you didn't measure his temperature,so on.

İn my book i found only olumlu and olusuz with nouns,and adjectives,but not olumlu soru,or olumsuz soru,so i got confused .
Clear now,thank you .
