Quoting AEnigma III:

Hehehe this made me laugh. Much as I love my mum, talking with her is NEVER relaxing! She talks too much and nags me!

I had the same until I left for a year and realised how much I had missed her

When in Turkey I used to do as Turquoise and Aenigma suggested, smoking nargileh and watching the sky, or making a long walk near the beach. These two have become impossible now, but taking some time to make myself some nice tea and drinking it listening to my favourite music,or talk with my mum does the trick too.

And during the weekends with friends to the İrish pub for a good pint or something stronger ofcourse

All I say is, maybe you should think twice about abortion. I dont know how you accidenatlly got pregnant, but if there's a chance it could be your own responsibility, then maybe you should take your responsibility. If you have enough financial (and mental) support from whomever, maybe a baby could be the most beautiful thing he has ever given to you and something to close this relationship down.

Im not saying that it is good for a child to grow up fatherless in a situation where the mummy works too hard for the money. But if you think you could pull it through, abortion may not be the best option. İt is a decision one can never turn back, and one that many people regret later.

When listening music, my father tried to do a sort of moonwalk and made a complete fool of himself. He made up by saying: 'Well Im not Michael Jackson, I just dont have the nose for this sort of stuff'

Quoting catwoman:

How the hell are you planning to be "friends" with someone you have never ever seen or heard live! If you'll be in Ankara for a year, don't you think you'll meet enough people to practice your Turkish with????

I think it is strange too, how can you think of someone as a 'friend to be', when you have never met him/her, let alone really talked online

But I have to give them credit: especially when you move on your own to a different country, it is nice to talk to some people online and meet them there. Because it can get damn lonely. And since they share one thing in common, it could be enough base for a friendship or at least some nice contacts.

I have never met you either, but your card is on my whiteboard above my desk, and I would not think twice to come and pick you up from the airport if you were to be coming to Amsterdam!
