Yes. It has the word 'Silence' on the windows, and you can only whisper if you're lucky I had a man pointing at the sign when my and Ferman started talking!! It is meant for people who want to sleep or study, but it really sucks because the trains are so full that you cant pick where to sit, so you end up in a silent environment when you want to talk and in a noisy one when you want to read.

The funny thing was that there was a man in business class talking so lou don the phone, you could here it in the silence department loud and clear
