Children under 18 that are protected under their parents insurance, and foreigners over the age of 65, have no ruling that applies to them specifically. Therefore under the current rulings, it will not be obligatory to have insurance in their name.

I don´t know much about this issue, but as far as i know a new act (Act No: 6458), which is forcing general health insurance for resident foreign adults, became valid on 11/04/2014.

I was at the Turkish embassy today for applying for visa. They required me an invitation of an Turkish citizen which is issued by a Publicus Notarius (Noter). Please do an invitation in which you say that you want to invite me to Turkey for one month and the Noter have to stamp that. I have bought tickets to Istanbul on 6 August. Now I don´t really know if everything will be fixed before this day. But if we succeed, I´ll recently come on 6 August. We´ll try together, ok?

 You can use both of them for indoor usage. But for outside bins we say "çöp kutusu" in Turkish.

I have spent now 10 reading lessons with Elif and I notice she likes it very much and she is always curious which is positive. I have been asked by the organisation ´x" to do an interview with a journalist to talk about the project. The idea is that the journalist comes to your house with a photographer to take a picture of me with Elif for the National newspaper whilst we are reading the books.  
  
It is important that you are aware that a picture of Elif will come in the newspaper and that you don´t have a problem with that. It will be a positive article about the importance of reading Dutch.
With this article other people will become more aware of the ´x´.
