I wrote the according to me correct answer, than I deleted it...

I agree with Trudy and also:

Okulda and okulun içinde have the same meaning in Turkish

even as:

Çantada and çantının içinde (both mean in the bag)

Güneşte and güneşin içinde (both mean in the sun)

Mesajda and mesajın içinde (both mean in the message)

etc...

 Maybe you won´t believe it but thats really ecaxtly how İ first translated it, then İ corrected myself  It would have been all correct yani. I thought maybe it would be better with rağmen, don´t ask me why.

My try:

Seninle konuşmaya çalışmak faydasızdır... anlamıyorsun gibi görünüyor yada anlamak istemiyorsun. Bana ne kadar çok zarar verdiğin gördüğüne rağmen yinede devam ediyorsun.

Sorry for explaining that wrong and the sentence in Turkish was totally correct I agree.

But like Gokuyum said we have to know what Sam meant exactly before we can know which translation to use now.

I am not a native English as you probably could understand but I think a question mark isnt too necessary. I think it can be:

can you please let me know when you arrive ?

and

can you please let me know when you will arrive ?

So like İ said the translation would be:

Bana ne zaman varacağını bildirir misin ?

(or actually bildirebilir misin because of the ´can´ )

Other wise I think Sam would have written:

Can you please let me know when you´ve arrived ?

I think thats most correct in english

(more correct than:  please let me now ,at the time(when) you will arive)
