Hmm this is difficult Bursali. In Turkish you use Geçmiş olsun for lots of situations, i.e. to say get well soon to someone who is ill, but also to say to someone who is having bad luck, that you hope their problems pass... There is not really a set phrase in English that we use which has this dual meaning. If someone was ill, then as you say, you could say to them "I hope you feel better" or "Get well soon". As for someone who has come out of jail... hmm... "Good luck for your future" ; "I hope things improve for you" or "Congratulations" - but there is no set phrase.

Whoever said it to you likes you. They are saying that they like you. So if you have been sending messages to this person, for example, it means that they have enjoyed them.
