Merhaba... I´m looking forward to starting the beginners class.  Thank you to everyone involved for trying to accommodate us all.   

Mmmm have read the artýcle.  I think it is referring to the ex pats that have bought properties only to find out that their tapu´s have either been sold on several times or have huge debts on them.  So I for one am pleased that they may have some way of getting help to sort out their problems.  I have quite a few friends that have been affected.  And yes I am a BRIT :O)
