is there anyone who can help me to understand what my friend wrote me? I cannot translate the second line (maybe there are some typos??)

merhaba hamýlelýgýn nasýl gýdýyor --> Hi, how is going with your pregnancy?
mýgde buluntýlarýn varmý --> ??? Do you feel nausated ?
sený cok opuyorum --> Kiss you much
dýkkat et kendýne --> pay attention on you --> Take care of yourself

3yrs ago when i moved here i applied for residency. So when my passport was with passport police name got my sim card, but had to register it in his name because i had no passport. Now because he has a problem with me being single he doesnt want name to be friends with me and has made the sim card  innactive.
