what is that post which saluk has posted up there?

Quoting rosepetal:

"I promise i will not forget."

I'll have a go for you but get this checked out by an expert before trusting it!!!

vedetiyorum untumayarakım

bod, canım, look:
im guessing u know that the stem of the verb has to be taken so i wont bother to explain that...

söz vermek= to promise (literally: to give a promise)
söz ver-iyor-um= the "um" on the end makes it personal to u

unutmak= to forget
unut-maya-cağım=
-maya-: implies that the action wont be done
-cağım: makes it personal to u.

more examples:
git-meye-ceğim= im not gonna go (proper eng: i wont go)
koş-maya-cağım
bekle-meye-ceğim
kalk-maya-cağım

yes they are all right, number 1 says 'i want to open a few new threads', and baslik doesnt need to be plural because 'birkac' - a few - already shows its plural.

Teşekkür!

Is lar/ler only used when it is not possible to infere more than one from the context?

yeah..

you would say

iki kız= two girls
onlar geliyor= they are coming
türkçe bilenler çok şanslı= türkish speakers are very lucky

you can see that i didnt say "kızlar", "geliyolar" or "şanslılar" as part of my sentence already showed that it was plural

yardım edebildiğim için çok sevinçliyim
im very glad that i could help

i think also, that if you copied and pasted the ones i didnt do, into a new post its more likely that someone will translate them. people are lazy u see, and probably wouldnt be bothered to go through to see which ones i didnt do

"sağol" literally means "be right"
and i believe that it is a more informal way of saying thanks.

is this right??

aşk iki kere düşÃ¼nmez, (hep) birden gelir. veya uzaktan fısılır.
aşk soru sormaz, kalpten konuşur, ama asla anlatmaz.
aşk yüksek sesle konuşmaz, ama kendisini in action gösterir.
aşk, bi kişiyi tamamlayabilen yada kırabilen, bi kelime.
aşk in itself güzel.
aşk sensin.

i tried my best although maybe there are some corrections which can be made.
come on people. mltm, this is a good one for u i thnk!
iv got a feeling i really messed up the last part..? :S
feel free to laugh

How am I supposed to know?
you can say, "ben nerden bilim"

I will marry you
seninle evlenirim

I will marry him
onunla evlenirim

I don't know how he feels or what he thinks about me.
onun ne hissetiğini ve benden ne düşÃ¼ndüğünü bilmiyorum.

I want to be with him.
Onunla olmak istiyorum

I am listening. My heart hurts. Have you forgotten me? It was great, but then it rained.
Dinliyorum. Kalbim acıyor. Beni unuttun mu? Harikaydı, ama yağmur yağdı.

You are a hero!
Kahramansın!

Don't cry, all time smile.
Ağlama, her zaman gülümse.
