Ingredients:
6 medium potatoes, peeled, quartered
1 medium onions, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
3 tomatoes, chopped
1/2 bunch of parsley, chopped
1 tsp tomato paste
3 cups water
green paper (3-4 numbers)

Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp olive oil

Meatball Ingredients:
500 gr ground beef
1 small onion, finely chopped
1/2 cups of bread crumbs
Some parsley chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
To prepare meatballs. In large bowl, combine all the meatball ingredients. Work gently with hands until mixture holds together. Divide mixture into 16 portions. Shaped into flat balls/or fingers.
Preheat oven 350F/180C.
Get a oven dish, put your potatoes first;
add salt and some red paper flakes then oil;
mix them up with your hands.
place the meat balls evenly at the top..
place the papers between them. and then your tomatoes..
cook it for 45 mins until potatoes are done.
serve with plain rice..

Afiyet olsun..
(I wonder if anybody will say anything about my cooking skills this time!!!)
