My try for the second paragraph ;

The snow-white sea gulls which look like as if they came from the distant unknown islands of fairy tales,  were flying over us and by their deep and sweet voice they were inviting people to their land. The poor people who had to stay in the city, who are depressed by the  sorrows, rages, crowd, daily struggles. To the lands that are really far, quite and peaceful places.  So that people can have some taste of love and poem. The maiden´s tower -that is resembling to mythical and fabulous place in dark blue waves - was touching onto my dreams and wiping out echoes of my town and my neighbourhood  from my mind by putting my soul and my feeling into asleep with its white and luminous prayers. I reached to a point that I almost forgot I was in a ferry. That  sickly and strange state of a man -who was thinking and reading couple of poems everyday in his life - was spoiling my surroundings. I was in such a state that I was no longer able to see neither the houses in Üsküdar and Selimiye districts, domes, minarets, cypreas trees nor even the massive Medical Faculty and barracks. I wiped them all out of my mind. Instead of them ,I was picturing the virgin beech and pine tree forests wherein naked and pink couples kissing each other under its cool shades and the silver, diamond waterfalls flowing in its squares.

My attempt for the first paragraph;

Aşk Dalgası

VAPUR dopdoluydu.

===============================================

  THE  LOVE WAVE

The ferry was jam-packed with people. The final horn was heard. The pedal wheels on both sides which were  just like accustomed and awesome walruses that  woken up suddenly in their small cages,   started to move slowly with making a fierce sound. The entire ferry was rocked gently. The weather was quite nice. We were heading to Kadıköy.

 By the help of mist the gradually disappearing lila colour horizons of Marmara sea - which were long, sleepy , domed, with thin minarets-  the big and white - edged clouds in  the form of broken foam mountains, were slowly growing,dispersing ,gathering and purple-dark blue spots were piling up in its deep holes and high points. The roasting sun of June was descending on the ferry´s laces which were blackened by the smoke and rain. As if  the roasting sun was chilling of the  indecisive wind which was stopping one minute and blowing the next minute. It was ,as though, giving it the sense of drunkeness and something like seductive and enticing.

* There can also be sense of  agreement, hope in some usages of "üzere" ;

 Aynı yerde bir daha buluşmak üzere ayrıldık.

We left each other agreeing to meet again in the same place.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Görüşmek üzere ! -----> [hoping to ] See you later !

                                       [hoping to ] See each other again !

Quoting GulBahar

Oh my God! This is so great!

I really appreciate your explanation.

Is there any relation between possibility or doubt to happen in using üzere or için?

Yani for example if I´m sure something is going to happen (...) is preferred to be used, and vice versa?

Çok teşekkür ederim gerçekten.

I don´t think so. There is no sense of   possibility or doubt in using "üzere" or " için" but there is sense of condition , purpose ; mesela ;

Bu parayı geri ödemek üzere alıyorum. ----> I am taking this money in condition that I will pay it back.

İngilizce öğrenmek üzere İngiltere´ye gitti. ---> He went to England in order to [for the purpose] learn English.

Ev almak için para biriktiriyorum. ----> I am saving money in order to [to] buy a house.

 ´üzere´  also used as "almost " ,´ about to ´

Vakit bitmek üzere. Biraz çabuk ol.

Time is almost over. Hurry up.

------------------------------------

Kız bugün çok yorgun. Koltukta uyumak üzere.

The girl is very tired today. She is about to sleep on the settee.

------------------------------------

past tense ;

Evden tam çıkmak üzereydim ki komşum geldi.

I was just about to leave home that my neighbour came .
