Quoting alameda:

I don't think roswitha does this intentionally, but rather I think she is naive on the matter.

Be careful about saying this alameda, normally you protect the naive ones in here and now you want to frame her for plagiarism?

my two cents...
has anyone realized that most of the posts here in TC are being started by Roswitha? I wonder if not her, who will post many of these interesting topics? I respect the time she takes to find something to bring to the table!! this is just my opinion.

It does really...if you are interested in literature and poetry or searching for a particular poem you go to this section, if you are interested in language topics, you go to that section, if you want to find out about living and working in Turkey, you go to that section....

Otherwise, what is the point in having these separate forums?

The poetry and literature forum used to be wonderful - it is now crammed with YouTube music links (for some reason I am unable to fathom...)

All I asked her for is a link, or something as to who wrote the article.

I provided a definition of what plagiarism is in the hope she would understand what it is, the implications therin and why it is important. I know you have mentioned many times, as I have also in PMs. I am not trying to frame her for anything, I am pointing out certain facts, deaw your own conclusions.

She does post many subjects here for us to ponder, and I appreciate her input, but many times there are no author credits or links provided. I like to research things and am annoyed when they are missing.

While people are busy complaining that I spoil their threads, they might want to think about how they are spoiling this Poetry and Literature Forum. I counted TWO threads in the last THIRTY post here which were actually about poetry or literature - I then got bored

Most of these "threads" are single posts consisting of youtube links with titles like "song for the wee hours" .... Great!

This is a very huge accusation to make Alameda and you are definately taking it to the extreme. To claim someone has plagerized, you have to show proof or intent that they are using it for their personal advantage or trying to pass it off on their own.

Plagerism in the term you are trying to use is not ILLEGAL. Roswitha has posted many topics with links.. NOT every topic has to have a link Alameda.... Can you not tell when Roswitha is using her own verbage...

What I find annoying is your posts that have Aenigma said: and the number of links...........
