mess? come on!! this happens in almost all forums every time that a good thread has been started and out of the sudden has totally gotten out of topic (even if it has been posted in the right seccion)
ohh btw, this thread it is an excellent example lol lol lol

I never complain about threads going off-topic! I don't think you get my point...
And yes...this thread is yet another perfect example of a good topic in the wrong section.

I get your point AEnigma, and but yet, my point was that we not always see what we expect under the different sections or forum topics ... peace

But translation and language forums are properly used. So why are the others ignored?

OK OK I am making a big deal of this - but I used to love the Turkish Poetry and Literature forum

Thank you to the kind mod who moved this thread to the Turkey Forum

..............Plagerism in the term you are trying to use is not ILLEGAL. Roswitha has posted many topics with links.. NOT every topic has to have a link Alameda.... Can you not tell when Roswitha is using her own verbage...

What I find annoying is your posts that have Aenigma said: and the number of links...........

....it is what it is. Of course every topic does not require a link, but pasting verbatum content ethically does. Intent is not required for a definition of plagairism. In that case if one copies text that is not something they themselves authored, it is unintention plagairism.

It is not a question of legallity, it's a question of the ability to verify a topic and one of ethics. Authors deserve due credit, and what they have written should be subject to verification.

teaschip1 if you don't like links, don't click on them. I don't provide links just for you. They are there for others who may want more resources, and provide tools for research. Of course, some already have their minds made up and can't be bothered with a little research.

I don't think Roswitha is trying to pass anything off as her own research or authorship, but if something is pasted from an author, there should be a posting of who the author was. It's simple.

While I find her topics most interesting, and I hope she continues to post them, I just to know where they are coming from.

More links? I am outta here!
I agree with you to a certain extent Alameda, but can't we sometimes just write the name of the author and it's source at the bottom of the text? Or "extract from" at the top?

This site is becoming Turkish Link Class lately lol lol lol

God, this is so arrogant. Ever heard of Google?
Even more controversial, have you never heard of general knowledge, books and essays?

We we all completely ignorant before Bill Gates came along and will remain so without your "tools"?

Don't site plagiarism to me Alameda, I have plenty of credentials when it comes to the law. I think you are at the wrong site, if you expect everyone to post their source so you can verify their information or either you have too much time on your hands.

Instead of scruitinizing me, why don't you do the research on proper mannerism and quit offending people or in your words annoy. If you simply would like a link, I would suggest politely sending a pm to the person for it, instead of making a public display.

Please post your results immediately! We don't want alfa to suffer from a stroke or PTSD thinking that he's the only one with a dumb right foot!
