HASSASİYETSİZLEŞTİRİVEREMİYEBİLECEKLERİMİZDENMİSİNİZ ?

Are you one of these people that we might perhaps not be able to readily transform into an insensitive person?

hehe Nightingale I like this one! I can't think of how to translate it exactly - but I suppose it is "acting as if you are one of the people supporting bad manners"

Anymore for anymore??

Well, how about the old one, "Çekoslovakyalılaştıramadıklarımızdan mısınız"?!!

For learners I shall try to break this one down....

Çekoslovakyalılaştıramadıklarımızdan mısınız? -Are you one of those whom we could not Czechoslovakianize?

Çekoslovakya - Czechoslovakia

Çekoslovakyalı – Czechoslovakian

Çekoslovakyalılaş – Become Czechoslovakian

Çekoslovakyalılaştır – Czechoslovakianize

Çekoslovakyalılaştırama – Cannot Czechoslovakianize

Çekoslovakyalılaştıramadık – Whom could not Czechoslovakianize

Çekoslovakyalılaştıramadıklar – Those whom could not Czechoslovakianize

Çekoslovakyalılaştıramadıklarımız – Those whom we could not Czechoslovakianize

Çekoslovakyalılaştıramadıklarımızdan – One of those whom we could not Czechoslovakianize

Çekoslovakyalılaştıramadıklarımızdan mı? – One of those whom we could not Czechoslovakianize?

Çekoslovakyalılaştıramadıklarımızdan mısınız? -Are you one of those whom we could not Czechoslovakianize?

Phew....

i think that these kind of words are scaring the turkish learners... maybe we should slow down a bit eh?

Thank you very much for your care for the beginners. I am a beginner, and , you know, i was impressed a lot that there is such a practice in Turkish to put a sentence in a word. It is really scaring. I thought only Germans like to put words together, but anyway, in German they do not mix a verb with the rest of the sentence parts. uuuuuhhh, i hope it will not be so tough to learn Turkish for me.

But anyway, i am sure i can count on your help. People are very very nice and kind here, always ready to help. Thanks a lot!

Mmmm...... Ok, if i ever have trouble with the length of the words, I will ask your help. But you know, "don't trouble trouble untill trouble troubles you."

Best wishes,
Mella
