Delidolu,
Why dont you write a letter to PKK (if you have no adress for PKK, send your letter to any Turkish daily paper, they will print it for you). Tell them about your travel plans, aproximate dates you will be in Istanbul, your family's consern about your safety and ask them to pls lay off bombings while you are in Istanbul.
They are dandy terrorists. I am sure they will not break your heart.

I am travelling to Istanbul at the end of November and for the first time will be alone !
I am looking on it as a challenge, and to be honest, the safety aspect from terrorism never entered my head.
The only danger I can see is from the Taxis drivers !!! Decided to use the Havas bus and hope I can find my hotel when it drops me off
Not travelled into the other airport before..so everything will be a new experience x

looool sorry I forgot to put a comma after "poor guy",lol cause I am a girl =) and the poor guy is my friend's boyfriend lol who almost cried when he saw how many girls we'll bring now. =)
I so wanna go,my parents still think I am NOT going lol
The only problem is that after today's attack,one of my friend's started to worry too,but I don't think it's a problem!I am looking forward to this trip.I missed the damn' city,I am obsessed with Turkey(and turkish guys and yeah I will watch out for DUDU lol)!!!!!!!!!!!!!
