again I ask admin. If you are going to single out Roswitha for cartoons and long posts, I ask you to be consistent and not let any members post cartoons or long posts...

Keith, Please note, this comment This has nothing to do with the content of Roswitha's posts, but rather the ethics of posting other people's works, and the technical mechanics of running a website.

Roswitha has contributed a great deal to information on the forum, and I appreciate that, but I find Roswitha's large graphics take a very long time to load and reformat the page making it hard to read other posts. They also take bandwidth, which costs money. The owners of this forum pay for bandwidth. If something takes a lot of bandwidth, besides costing more $$$, the site can crash....which we have seen here a number of times.

I don't think there is anyone else here who consistantly posts as manylong articles, and since she learned how to post graphics, as many detailed graphics as Roswitha.

As for the long articles, or any items she copies and pastes with no link or credit, most forums have rules regarding this matter. You are allowed a couple of paragraphs, then you are required to post a link to the rest of the article and most definitly credit the author/artist.

Now I am expecting to be flammed for this post.

A few points for alemada's post:
Adding external images, technically, will NOT cause any badwith issue, because those images are not served by turkishclass.com.
So, images added will NOT cost any extra bandwith to tc financially.
If the image width is greater than xxx pixels it will break the html design of the page a bit -so as very long unspaced links/or texts-
Loading a big image into your browsers can be a problem depending on the server's ability and your bandwith (and there might be some more reasons as well)
I would recommend, technically, find your image you want to add and right click on that image then properties and then see what you are adding -check the width dims and the size of image..if an image's width is more than 600 pixels and bigger than 200kb/300kb, i would recommend do not add it.

well dear KeithL, it is very normal to see the double standarts in here. as i said before that those cartoons never suits to some people in this site.

it's very enjoyable for being a puppy of mature ladiez in this site, cuz that person has lost ID.

I am very experienced young man about women.

If a woman has no success or hasn't gained a rank in her real life, she becomes a black widow spider to use men in order to success for her life. if we look through the history windows, we can see many many women who had acted just like this. Puduhepa (Hittite), Theodora (Byzantine Queen), Kösem Sultan (mother of Sultan Murad IV), Hürrem Sultan (wife of Süleyman the Magnificent) etc...

we can increase these examples of course. Consequently, we can see a woman in this site who acts in this way and uses her admin power (cuz of relationship with the admin), if we look at this site carefully.

this site becomes the playground of that woman, and governs this site with her jesters. cuz she needs shoulders to decrease her inferiority complex. owing to the high inferiority complex and not being successful in the life, she becomes a queen of a very very simple website.

'Being Something of Nothing' is the occupation of these kinda women. It's very apparent as u see dear KeithL.

Now, the original vision for the site is being overshadowed. Most of people don't know how far they can go and write everything about slippery and sensitive topics (religion, Turkey, Atatürk, terorism etc..).

this site can't go on this way... I'm hopeful... So KeithL, keep the faith in your heart, it won't let you down..

...this sexistic conspiracy theory is the most hilarious I have ever read!

Yes, Alameda said it took ages for the page to load. Nobody felt insulted by the content of the cartoons.

So, being a queen or a Sultan's wife or mother is not a very prestigious rank? You know what happens to men who are unsuccessful in life? They become narrow-minded, homophobic, misogynists, rude and tactless. Why do you always say the word 'unsuccessful'? Doing senior year in high school over and over again? A female teacher flunked you? There must be a reason for your hatred towards women. Perhaps you are dominated by a woman in your life and thus have to resort to the Internet to bark your issues with them loud? Well, I am really sorry for you this way or another. A pitiful man is such a sad view...

Yes, she abuses her power, that's why she deletes all your posts and poor you have no chance to speak out the depth of your mind. And DK is also in a relationship with admin, and all the 'mature black widows' too. This site is created in order to make Adonis's blood boil. Oh, Admin is a woman too. A bitter unsuccessful one.

Yes it is a playground but you're the jester honey. Can't you see? All the unsuccessful women here who spend their lousy pensions on paying Internet bills come here to tease young successful Turkish men. Over all the years since this site was created no man had been foolish enough to be caught into our web. That is BEFORE you. But we knew sooner or later somebody would fall for the trap. lol

No topic is sensitive if you feel strongly about it. If you're brainwashed and taught not to see bad things then it's your problem. See, few years ago we had a very strict censorship here. Almost every thread was locked if only the word 'religion' appeared. The effect was that nobody would write anything for a few days. people were afraid to talk about anything because they might be censored. There were numerous complaints about The Police of Thought and policy changed. Do realise that not everyone loves being told what to say, do or think.

I just want to say that although only Alameda wrote here that she was feeling irritated with the large pictures and many links posted by Roswitha, there were many more people who shared the same feelings.

İ could gather a great deal of members who are annoyed by other specific members/topics/whatever but that doesn't mean they should be 'pushed' into leaving the site. İ am so disappointed in how people are treated differently on this site, how some are allowed to break the rules but some are being told off when they are not breaking any...

Oh please Azade, stop this "people are treated differently" drama. That's really a bit overrated... Nobody is treated differently, some people just get more easily offended then others! This is not a hospital to cure people's feelings. This is a place where - you don't like it? - deal with it.

Azade, what do you mean "pushed"? Nobody's told Roswitha to leave this site. Nobody told many other members to do it either. Some members left being insulted by different issues. We are a multinational community, Serbian members got offended by pro-Kosovar posts where they were called murderers. Jewish members got offended by being called "a disgusting nation" women who are non-Muslim experience verbal aggression being called stupid, unsuccessful in life, unjust, biased etc. Some of these members quit TC as well because they were fed up with arguing over the same issues over and over again. Some of them were really aggressive and they were often told that. It seems the only members not really called names are Muslims. You can't compare discussing certain topics to calling names. If you follow the forum, you may see that most members try to be as polite as possible. Unfortunately, there are some "trolls" who cut in and break peace with vulgar language and personal remarks. Yes, it does happen then that sometimes we lose our patience and tease that person in return.

Some are getting on Roswitha's case constantly, thats all Im saying, and she's not even breaking any rules as opposed to the vast majority (including myself).
