Can anyone advice me what to do? My tourist visa application was denied this January 2009 the day i filed my application, i was lacked of documents, I did not show any bank statement. I was surprised I was denied at once, I thought they will just tell me to come back and bring the bank statement but they denied it immediately.
My friend who sent me the invitation letter asked his friend to call the Turkish consulate here in the Phils. but he said to the consul that I will not come back because I will take care of my friend´s baby who is more than a year old. So please tell me what will I do next to get my tourist visa?

Hi,
Sad to hear this. But can i ask you? Did you inquire first the requirements prior to filing of your visa application? If ever, you should bring all the documents they required because they don´t want to process any application with incomplete attachments therein.
I think you have to wait for another six (6) months for applying the tourist visa.

first your friend need to find more clever friends why to tell consulate you ll take care of baby, huh...
secondly,as i know moldovan babysitters, just jump on the plane and buy tourist visa at the border. than stay in country a few year, pay the penalty of their staying longer than visa, and goes to their country.
i dont know, if you can certainly can get visa at the border or not...

Assuming it is a tourist visa to the UK and some (if not all), European countries no you cannot, they will need a visa.

You do not need a pre-approved Visa to enter Turkey, you can purchase one at the Airport for up to 6 months? However I will check with your country and see if they require you to have an exit Visa, that may be the problem? Check the website for UK embassy in your country and it will list exactly what the Visa requirements are. I also suggest applying online, it goes faster. Good Luck
