Here we have 2 Turkish consulate, one in Manila and one in Cebu.. I applied here in Manila, can I file an application in Cebu without them checking my previous application in Manila.
i dont know if they trace you but.. you should try it.. can i ask how can you say you denied? you said you did not pass the all the requirments.. coz when i am there they they check it first my requirments then wait for reply.. before they pass your papers they will check it first then ask you some question... i think is a pending... coz i meet someone there he also go there to apply visa then the girl there said to him to pass one more requirments coz the papers he bring was incomplete.. so the girl there said to just complete the requirment then back again there.. thats why i said the people in cebu was very friendly and kind...

I went at Turkish Embassy Manila this January, i brought my passport, my invitation letter, id´s, the girl asked me who will shoulder the expenses, i said my friends in Turkey who is a couple. The girl said I am lucky, Then she asked me if I have a bank statement, I said I did not bring any and said that the couple will shoulder all the expenses, infact they have sent me money $3400 USD, but I wasn´t able to bring the western union receipt. Then she asked me to wait for a while, then after 20 minutes, she told me to apply again, never said anything besides that words.... funny isn´t it?
She didn´t even give me a chance to ask why I was denied, the girl just turned her back. Then my friend called the consul and told her that it was a bank statement that made me rejected. So I told my friend, let us issue a bank statement if that was the problem. Then my friend has a I think powerful friend in Istanbul and she asked him to call the consul here. But what happened was all screwed up. The more that friend wants to help and talk to the consul, he slipped his tongue and told the consul that please give me a visa so I can take care of my friend´s child...
So that is my story, do you think I can still apply in Cebu?

Is it possible for me to apply in Cebu even if I live in Manila? Should I have to tell them that I live in Manila?

you know the philippines tradition like what our people said only in the philippines.. go to travel agency ask for help maybe its expensive but you have assurance that they will process your visa... but make sure the travel agency is legal... thats what i think can help you...

in turkey theres no visit visa only tourist visa.. but in other country there is coz tourist visa you have one month to stay and even if you dont have friend or relative you can go there as long as you have money to carrie your self, visit visa is visiting your relative, friends husband to be.. you can stay up 3 to 6 months...
