The stage manager switches on a tape.

Ursula:But I haven´t got it. Please,John.
John:Well,you´d better find it. You don´t want everybody to know your little secret,do you?

The manager switches off the tape.

Fiona:Hayır. Bu doğru değil. Beni seviyordu,onu değil!
Müffetiş:Yalan söylüyorsunuz,Twain hanım.Gördüğünüz gibi,siz Russel beyle konuşurken,rejisör ses donatımını deniyordu.Dinleyin bunu.

Rejisör kasette bir şey değiştirir.

John:Yarına kadar bana bin pound veririsin,yoksa...
Ursula:Ama,ben bulamadım. John,lütfen.
John:Yani,onu bulsan daha iyi olur.Herkesin senin küçük sırını bilmesini istemiyorsun,değil mi?

Inspector:Ursula Twain,I’m arresting you for the murder of John Russell.Take here away,Constable.Take her away,Constable.And only her fingerprints were found on the gun.

Later

Constable:But how did you know that it wasn’t Miss May? It looked so clear...She had a motive.She threatened to kill him. And only her fingerprints were found on the gun.

Ursula:Evet,tamam,ben öldürdüm.Fiona haklıymış.Canavardı,onun öldüğüne çok sevindim.
Müffetiş:Ursula Twain,sizi ,John Russell´i öldürdüğünüz için, tututkluyorum.Götürün onu,polis memuru.

Sonra

Polis memuru: Ama May hanımın suçu olmadığını nereden biliyordunuz? O kadar açık görünüyordu ki...Güdüsüydü. Onu öldürmekle tehdit etti.Ve tabancadaki sadece onun parmak izini bulundu.
