"sen insanların bir avcıya dönüştüğü bu alemde bir melaikesin"

You are an angel in this world where people turn into hunters/predators?

"Düşmanını tanımadan kuşanamazsın"

Kuşanmak is to put on, dress, gird on... I do not get it in the context of this phrase.

And how is "olur ya" supposed to be used? Does it mean something like maybe?
Can anyone help? Thank you

According to sentence "Kuşanmak" means "silahlanmak". Its "Take up arms against someone"

Ooooh now that makes sense. Thank you, Abla!

Could any of you help with this too?
"Bir gülüşüne yıkar geçerim"

Why do I get the feeling that there is something missing to it?

Wrong translate Abla...

Your sentence means "Suyu kim kontrol ediyorsa herşeyi kontrol ediyordur." or "Suyu kontrol eden herşeyi kontrol eder"

Evet, "kuşanmak" "giyinmek" anlamına gelir fakat genelde savaş kıyafetleri ve aletleri için kullanılır. (Yes, "kuşanmak" means "giyinmek (to wear, to dress on) but it is usually used for the battle costumes and tools.)

Düşmanını tanımadan kuşanamazsın. (You can´t dress on and get ready without knowing your enemy.)

düşman (enemy)

düşman+n(possessive)+ı(accusative)-->düşmanını (your enemy (acc.))

tanımak (1to meet, to get knowledge about him/her/it for first time; 2to recognize)

tanı+ma(negative)+dan(ablative)------>tanımadan (without knowing/getting information about)

http://www.turkishclass.com/turkish_lesson_320

kuşan+ama(negative ability)+zsın------>kuşanamazsın (you can´t put on)

olmak (1...2...3to happen, 4to occur)

ol+r(present simple)+ -(3rd singular)--->olur (it happens)

"olur ya", örnek bir durum hakkında konuşulurken kullanılır. ("olur ya" is used when talking about an example situation.)

Olur ya, bisikletinin lâstik patlar. (Let´s imagine it will happen that your bicycle´s tyre may explode.)

/...patlayabilir

bisiklet (bicycle)

lâstik (tyre)

patlamak (1to explode, 2to bang, 3to start to increase suddenly)

Olur ya, seninle konuşmak istedi. Reddetme. (Let´s imagine it will happen that she has wanted to talk to you. Don´t reject.)

konuşmak (1to talk, 2to speak)

reddetmek (to reject, to decline)

It is the first time I see DI past refer to not absolute but relative past. I mean this action will take place in the (imagined) future.
