This is one of the most touching song in Turkish language, it is called "Memleketim" [My country] The song of legendary singer Ayten Alpman who lost her life recently. RIP [Allah Rahmet eylesin]

Yes that is a very beautiful song Tunci. Thank you for sharing it. She made some lovely music, and I know she is missed. {#emotions_dlg.sad}

Maybe it´s not Nülifer´s best music but here is one song that is at least touching to me for personal reasons. {#emotions_dlg.sad} If its about someone you love being far away. I also kind of think the music is pretty.

NüliferÖzlediğim Şimdi Çok Uzaklarda

I kind of understand many of the lyrics and I think I can understand the gist anyway.Smile

You can see the lyrics when she sings it. Can be thought of a linguistic practice as well. Enjoy!

My all time favourite is "Tanrıdan Diledim" I first heart it in a serial in the first

link. Then Yavuz Bingöl also sang the song. It is in the second link. I prefer

first link. But Yavuz Bingöl also sings it good.
