Why can't you sleep? Do you suffer with an over active mind that just races when you lie down? |
I suffer very bad with insomnia and I was put on medication (4mg) and I was to be taking 1 tablet per day and it didn't work. In the end I took three and it still didn't work. Thats 12mg! 
Anyway I gave up on them because they nevewr worked and I collapsed of exhaustion in the end because I get up at 5am to go to work and come back home around 6pm and then having to shower, cook dinner, go shopping etc...it just took its effect after a while :-S
Which reminds me 2 things are bugging me today:
1) The fact it finally snowed then it rained afterwards!!! We haven't had rain in ages and then all of a sudden when it's lovely and snowing it rains straight after! 
2) I finally fell asleep at 7am this morning and I normally wake up a few hours later but I woke up and not realising the time I went back to sleep and woke up at 5:30pm!!

Well considering your brother...Kick him out! Afterall it's your house. I would, but then again I wouldn't have my brother living with me in the first place

While looking for flights to Istanbul I discovered that Belgian Airlines doesn't have flights to Istanbul anymore!?
I just don't get it! There is such a large Turkish community in this country, and there were several flights per week.. Why would they delete Istanbul from their destinations??
I'll find out..
