you use dIk suffix when uyo are a witness of some action or you are part of it, or you are sure of something
When you tell a story someone told you, or you are not sure of sth, or you weren't a witness of some thing, you talk about, you shoul use -mIş suffix
konuşmuşsunuz - it is because it means you were talking or you talked - but you've heard about it, you didn;t see it or didn't hear the conversation

if it was nedenini bilmiyorum it would mean i don't know why, but there is ne dedi - what he/she said
Turks don't use much commas, so we don't know if someone said - i'm angry at you- or that "sana" is with "ne dedi"...

Ibrahim once trheatend me by phone, so ...
I feel so helpless here...
If I was turkish... if I lived there. I even wanted to move to Turkey for her. She asked me about a visa, so she could come to me... Now, Sara changed so much. I know, in her hart, she is a very very special woman. She will always have a special place in my hart. I promised her not to forget her and never let her down. She promised me the same. But, Ibrahim...
ooooh, I worry so much.... it's unbearable.
