Quoting serhattugral: Quoting sonunda: Quoting Lady_A:
Please...
"Mesajini yeni okudum buraya gelmeni cok istiyorum nasil gelmek istersen bana bildir seni cok ozledim kocaman opuyorum."
Thanks! |
I read your recent message. I want very much for you to come here. If you want to come let me know.I miss you very much. Big kisses. |
Yes. Its comprehensible but contains some mistakes. Let me correct them and make some explanations. (I know its exactly your style dear sonunda)
Firstly, he says "mesajini yeni okudum" but not "yeni mesajını okudum" Then according to context "yeni" means "just" but not "recent".
From my part, the correct one might be "I have just read your message" namely.
Secondly you might didnt see "nasıl" at "nasıl gelmek istersen bana bildir". He asks which way he prefer to come, by train, plane etc. but he doesnt ask "if he want to come"
According to me it might be "how would you like to come let me know" instead of "If you want to come let me know"
PS: I have just learned "namely" and "from my part". Then I am waiting for your criticises |
Your English is also comprehensible but contains mistakes, namely,he preferS,he wantS. BTW-I think we are talking about a 'she'
Thank you for the clarification on the use of 'yeni' in this case.
You should have said in English-'you might not have seen'(not'you might didn't see')
nasil. I did-however I didn't know how it fit into the sentence so thank you again.Though in a previous post she had said she hadn't decided whether to come or not so I thought it was strange to be asked how she wanted to come.
You say have learned 'from my part'.I don't know what this means and have never used it myself. Maybe you mean 'on my part' or 'for my part'.
Finally-the word is 'criticisms' not criticises.
